Who Is It Not Suitable For?

No meaningful result is expected in areas where follicles have completely disappeared and the skin surface has become shiny and hairless. The treatment is postponed in cases of active scalp infection, untreated psoriasis or severe seborrheic dermatitis. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with uncontrolled systemic disease, or those with a known history of malignancy. How Is It Applied?

How Many Sessions Are Needed, What Is Recovery Like?

The protocol is individualised: some patients are offered a short series of sessions a few weeks apart, others a single session or an annual review.
